I made the decision that I must prepare for the next journey of my life. I am 54 years old and have decided to make a career change from IT Management to Personal Fitness coach. After researching the possible schools, I decided to contact The National Personal Training Institute. In just the first couple months I had learned how to assess clients and plan their workout to meet their goals. I received extensive information on musculoskeletal anatomy and received great practical experiences. I left the program with confidence to be a successful Fitness Professional.
