DownloadFill out the application and list all classes you are including in your 2.0 CEUs. Each 0.1 is equivalent to 1 hour. So, 2.0 CEUs is equivalent to 20 hours of Continuing Education Units.
If your continuing education courses were not taken through the National Personal Training Institute please download the Provider Petition Form. You will want to print one for each course and follow the directions on the form.
